Refund policy

At Cao Chaos & Co., we want you and your furry friend to love your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.

If you’ve simply changed your mind, we accept returns within 30 days, provided the product is:

• Unused
• In its original packaging
• In resalable condition

Please note that return postage for change-of-mind purchases is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
