If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

We’ll gladly arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product


Change of Mind

If you’ve changed your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided that:

  • The product is unused.
  • It is in its original packaging.
  • It is in resalable condition.

Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
